Buy a new one and install it.

this is fairly easy , the valve covers are in plain sight, just get all of the old gasket off without dumping any into the engine,stick the new one to the cover and SNUG it on , no need to twist the bolts on too tight , then snug them up again in a week or so

put a for sale sign in the window and look for a new car. these cars are problem and this is the first indication of a big one.
