Your experience with 2000 - 2004 Nissan Xterra?

Looking for a used Xterra 2000 - 2004 model, what are the problems you had with your Xterra, how is the maintenance, parts?
What about Xterra off-road abilities? Is it really good off-road as it was advertized? Share some of your experience with this truck.

The Xterria that won the most recent Motor Trend and off Road magizines Truck of the Year is 2005-2006. 4.0 liter 265 horsepower really puts the 3.3 liter 169 horses to shame. It is up to you features like hill decent control and VDC really will help keep it under control.
