i myself manually turn them on and off before i leave the car. i just got this car. what am i doing wrong? how do i fix this?

The trans shifts good under accelleration but shifts hard at low speeds. The car has 130,000 miles on it.

I was driving our 96 S-10 Blazer and it started spitting and sputtering like it wasn't getting fuel. I changed the fuel filter, drove about 10 miles and it wouldn't start again. Changed the oil, plugs, coil, and fuel pump. Still won't start. I was told there is a reset switch to the fuel pump. Any help would be appreciated. I have also heard it could be a fuse (ECMB?)and/ or another fuel filter. Please respond with serious answers only--Thanks!!

i bought a new battery today and the car still does not start.it does not even turn nor does the lights turn on. Could it be the rain I live in NY and it was pouring yesterday.

The car loses power when you put your foot to the floor. As you feather out the throttle it slowly gains power. Is it the throttle position sensor? any suggestions? thanks

I just bought a Honda Civic DX and don't have the owners manual. I have been driving stick for 11 years now, but my boyfriend is arguing with me about when to shift. I would like to know the info that is usually in the owners manual about when to shift. Thanks!

I have a 1993 Ford Festiva. Everyday when I leave to go to work, at the first 2 stop signs there is a screaching sound when I use the brakes. Then there isn't any noise after that until I come home. But not as much as the morning. Sometime when I stop at the store there is a liitle screach when I apply brake first time. I had brakes checked at Midas and they couldn't find anything wrong.
ANY IDEAS???
