I ride; have for many years. I wear a full-face helmet because I know what the road can do to your head and brain. I have been down at highway speed and wore the paint off my Bell Star XL but not the side of my head. I know that a huge percentage of critical motorcycle accident injuries brought to local hospitals are due to a neighboring state's "no helmet" law. My state requires them. How do you feel about insurance and such for those who choose not to wear a helmet?

As a train conductor on the train there again, I was collecting money and giving out receipts as usual, but then I came across this young teenage girl who was by herself and didn't have any money. I told her she needs to get off at the next stop, but then she screamed and made a scene and said "NOOO!!" while sobbing and I whispered to her and said "If you don't shut the hell up, I'm gonna open up a major can of whoop-as@ on you, STONE COLD STYLE!!" She shup right up. At the next stop, she started whining loud and refused to leave, so I grabbed her by the collar and threw her as# off the train and she cried outside at the stop. But what else could I have done? I didn't want to do it, but she was making a scene. Maybe next time, she will be more responsible, have enough money, and stop whining so much.

i want to take out the back seat belts but in order to do that i need to take out the back seats how do i take it out (back seats) then be able to put it back again ?? any info would be great.

Car was stolen, then recovered, with some damage.

I have comprehensive.

Insurance company is sure to cover body work.

Will they also check and/or compensate me for less obvious damage (i.e. the wear and tear to the car incurred from being drag-raced for several hours)?

Will they compensate me for items of value stolen out of the car? How does that work?

I recently bought a 91 Lumina and while driving to family's house a spark plug blew out. I tried to clean out the threads and put a new plug in but it blew out, so i installed a helicoil in and followed the instructions perfectly. would you expect this to last a long while? Only asking because i got a long drive through the mountains coming up, and i know that will sure test if it will blow out the helicoil or not.

My car has four seats, but three may fit in the back, although there is no middle seat belt.

Would it be illegal if I gave someone a lift and they had no seatbelt if they are over 14?

Please don't lecture me about this being dangerous. I'm just curious.

I have a 2007 Chrysler 300 touring. I have on 20k miles on the car. I was wondering if. Is the bubble covered under the warranty of the tires. They are Goodyear integrity 215/65 r17. They came with the car. Any help would be great. I did not hit anything at all, not even one of those Michigan potholes.

The cigarette lighter, which I mainly use to charge my ipod and cellphone, just stopped working. I don't use the car often, but this is annoying. If you have a salvage title, I was wondering if you are allowed to drive the car including on the highway in North Carolina after the repairs are made or if you are required to have the title changed to rebuilt/salvage after the repairs are made. I was told that your insurance agent can add comp and collision after they inspect the repairs but I was not sure if that would automatically change the title from salvage.
