First of all I'm not dissin' American cars, I love my country. The U.S. is a good auto producer but imports is where the quality is. For me, if there was no cap on the price I'd get an import without hesitation. Here's the hard to swallow truth for most American car lovers- the imports hold their re-sale value stronger than most American cars. That says a lot about quality. There's some American cars that put others to shame in the same class like the Corvette Z06. For refinement, innovation, and quality, you have to give it up for companies like BMW, Mercedes, or even Toyota.

Well, Ford Dodge and Chevy aren't built in the US anymore, so I'm buying a Toyota Tundra in January, that is completely built in the US.

Absolutely. I can afford to drive anything I want right now, and I have three American brand automobiles in my garage. (Along with the German and Japanese motorcycles.)

No I wouldn't. They just don't go round corners here in the Uk and this has been demonstrated so many times in motoring magazines and on television programmes. Plus they look bloody awful.
