The cigarette lighter, which I mainly use to charge my ipod and cellphone, just stopped working. I don't use the car often, but this is annoying. I have no idea what to do about this problem, so, perhaps, if someone has ever come across this or knows what to do, maybe someone can steer me in the right direction.

Go to your local AutoZone or other car part place and buy a replacement lighter socket. Remove the old and install the new. The part should be under 6.00 dollars. And maybe 30 minutes or less to change.
