My 97 Jeep no longer starts on the first try. I have to turn it over for a few seconds, wait, and then crank it over again until it starts. I replaced the cap and rotor, plugs and wires. It didnt help. I thought I might try checking to see if the timing is off. But, I dont know how. I have a friend with a timing light, but he is a chevy man. I was hoping someone might have some tips, Is there any vacuum lines or something I might have to disconnect while adjusting timing? Thanks for answers!
