Hi,
I live in the states and have been looking for a 1981 Ford Fiesta to buy, but can't find any. I noticed that the UK has all of them! But, I also noticed that the steering wheels are on the right-hand side. I need one with the steering wheel on the left-hand side.
I will pay decent money for a 1981 Ford Fiesta, but I have no clue how to get it to the States, except to have someone ship it by boat. I will pay for that, too. But how much would that cost?
Does anyone know where there is a 1981 Ford Fiesta in great shape, how much it is and how much shipping is?
Thanks!

I drive a 1997 Honda Accord and the wheel is locked and the key won't fit in the whole way. I've jiggled it bunches and put the gears in neutral and nothing unlocks the wheel for me to start the engine. This is a new problem.

My fiance has some friends that he works with that have offered to do an oil-change, tune up, and a radiaton flush (?) for $60 PLUS they want to charge us for parts. Is this a reasonable price or should I take the car in to a regular automotive repair shop?

And, as far as the parts...what other parts would we need to purchase besides the oil-filter and the oil, if any?

gas station had delivery. The guy dumped the wrong tank (diesel into clear-gas) and I filled up with this contaminated gas before the mistake was realized. I went-OFF on the owner and then he 'fessed up and took responsibility. I brought my bike ('02 CBR 954RR) to the dealer and they went through it. They say all is ok now. What kind of problems can occur from this. It detonated really bad when I tried to ride away. I syphoned it out. But could I have scored the main-bearings, etc.

I've been driving manual stick shift for about 4 months now and i've always had a question about this.

Some of my friends say, if you want to save your clutch from burning out quickly, let go of the clutch faster than normal when shifting gears (the car shakes back and fourth if you let off the clutch a little too fast).

My other friends say this is true, however you will mess up your transmission if you do so, so it's better if you just let off the clutch slowly even though it will wear out.

So i just wanna know if that is true? And should i be driving normally by letting off the clutch slower or just the opposite?

Thanks very much all.

I have a friend that says his brother has found a 73 plymouth duster with only 38,oooo miles on it.He claims that the car has a auotmatic floor shift from fsctory. He also claims that the car has no rust and that the car was garage kept and not driven in the winter.I was told that the car has a 318 c i d.I thought that the 318 cars were all colum shift not floor shift.I thought that you could get a 340 duster with a floor shift.I was also told that the car has a bench seat with the floor shift. Now am i being told something accurate or is someone pulling my leg?Any information anyone could give me would greatly appreciated.

I have an 88 s10 with a mildly modified 350. right now i have a full length exhuast system with turn downs on it. It sounds good but, lately it started leaking exhuast out of the passenger side header at the collecter. Its really loud but i grown to like it and would like to have my truck as loud as possible without running straight headers. Any suggestions?
