sqweeky breaks?

I bought some new break pads and rotors about 2 weeks ago and they sqweek!! very very anoying. Is this normal or what is the problem?

take it apart and lubricate ,LIGHTLY, with high temp. grease, all metal to metal contact on all moving parts Including the back of the pads.

depending what kind you bought some do sqweek when new
