What is up with the rainbow stickers on people's cars that say "De Colores!"?

Is it a foreign gay pride thing? I'm just curious. I see it alot. I know most rainbow stickers are for gay pride but not sure what these are.

Well,i think it means everyone's different.Although,the literal translation in spanish is "of many colors".
