I am a girl, 13 years old. I'm not rocker (ballerina style..since Im a ballerina) I would like an elegant yet hardcore motorcycle jacket cuz I think they look cool.

To me, elegant and hardcore don't really go together. Just try a leather store like Wilsons.

Unless you really want to spend the cash for a protective motorcycle jacket which can be several hundred dollars toward the top of the line, search around for "motorcycle style jackets". You can find a lot of reasonable jackets styled like m/c jackets but without the real protection offered by them. I posted a couple of links below to get an idea of what is out there. Really, it depends on your size as far as availability and how much you are willing to spend. Best luck!
Disclaimer: If you are going to actually ride a motorcycle, even as a passenger, buy the proper gear designed for motorcycle safety. Fashion leather does not protect you in a crash.
