My husbands truck has an oil leak and it has left and unsightly spot in the middle of my driveway. Does anyone have any clues as to help remove this spot?

A few months ago, someone ran into the back of our car while it was staionary.

Yesterday, our car, with Handbrake on, rolled off our drive and into a neighbours car, causing £100 ish of damage.

I suspect the earlier bump may have damaged/worn the handbrake pad (car forward ahil stationary). Could we claim the £100 back as part of the first insurance claim?

I just got a brand new system in my '00 Saturn. I have a 12" Alpine Type-R Sub in the trunk, and it sounds great inside the car. The only problem is outside the car, all you can hear is the rattling of my rear license plate frame. Does anyone know of any ideas (while preserving the look of the frame) to get it to stop rattling. Or does anyone know of any Specialized License plate frames that are rattle-Free?? I have heard of the Dynamat License plate frames, but i do not like how they look and how they say "My stereo is better than yours" or something stupid like that on the top.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

She won't use the extra features, just the starter, lock, unlock and trunk, so I want something simply and inexpensive, yet reliable. Any suggestions??

Unlike most people, I didn't get my driver's license when I was a teen -- ager living with my parents . Now I'm interested in getting my driver's license, but I don't know whose car I'm going to use to take the driver's test . Letting someone use your car to get his driver's license is a BIG FAVOR ! My parents are both dead, so they can't help me out . Now -- How can I get over this obstacle, and finally get my driver's license ?

My driver license are currently suspended, well the suspenion is up..but I do not have the money to pay the find etc...Anyways, my dad is disable, and if need be..If he needed to go to the E.R, and I drove him....That wouldbe against the law, but would the Officer be understanding if I was to get stopped? Yes, I could call an ambulance, but the hospital is literally right down the road. Thanks for all the answers!

I fill up with about $30. It has a 11 gallon tank. I can drive it for a week no problem. I don't really drive more because after I commute to work and back, there isn't much time to just go driving around. Just the usual things around the house or the nearby store. I am afraid the oil lobby will want to take my car away.

My brake pedal will stick for a couple of seconds and then release, but it is pretty scary. I recently had my brakes done and they work fine, it's just the pedal I am having trouble with. Please help!

I keep coming across this word in a transcription I'm doing, and can't find the correct spelling in any searches I do. Unless I'm not hearing it right, it sounds like they're saying "bundy maul." Any suggestions or helps?

Mine are:

1. Cars that cruise in the fast lane on the highway that you have to pass on the right because they won't move over.

2. Cars that take 5 miles to pass a car on the highway, when they only needed one.

3. Cars that pull out in front of you, when there is no one behind you and they could have waited the 3 seconds until you passed.

4. Cars that, when you turn on your turn signal to change lanes, speed up, so that you can't.

I have many more, but that's the extent of my morning commute to work!!!!!!

I just got a loan from JP Morgan Chase for a used 2000 Audi A6 with 88,000 miles. The dealer told me that because its expensive to work on he would suggest a waranty. But also because it has a Turbo engine, it would be pointless for me to go with a basic one. The one (out of the three) called the PLUS plan he said would cover a turbo engine but he said it would go for around $3500 for 2 yrs. Do I have to go with the "brand" waranty company suggested by the dealer?,... or is there another waranty provider I can use... Do they need to be approved first by JP Morgan or something?... Or does $3500 sound fair? Are there any auto dealers or ASE guys willin' to help me with this question?.... Thanks a bunch.

Well I live in Miami, FL I posted my car on graiglist.com (as some people suggested) I got responses within minutes. All of them claim to send me a check by next week and that the car will be shipped to Example Australia (on their behalf) It sound just like a scam... if I received a check How long I have to wait until my bank will clear and they wont take it away from me? did anyone experience this? scam or not?
