Let say someone gets into an accident but did not have insurance on it( it is a long story but the car needed to be repair and be sold, so he was driving it to get it fix so he can sell, unfortunatly, while he was on the highway, he tries to stop just to realisethat the brake was not working and he bumps into another car. well the car is complety a mess and the air bag even came out. As it is for the other car no need to say that it back was mess up too) ok my question now what is going to happen, can he take a lawyer to defend him and how much do you think it might be to fix the other car. Please let me know I am so worried. the person lives in dallas, Texas. Thank you for your time
( the police came and said they are are going to court, the other car has insurance)

I paid 1/3 cash for a car, since I did not have a SSN in US (Live in Maryland) my friend is first on the loan and I am second. I am on the title (MD title), not my friend, but the bank is a bit further down as financer. Who owns when the loan is paid off in full if:

a) I pay the loan off myself
b) My friend pays off the loan

There are not many selections for this particular size. I need an all season tire since we live in NE PA and have some snow from time to time. Our roads around here are not very straight, usually going around curves.

I was looking to buy a car and the ad said "Car was still strong and running until last week when a recurrent problem happenned. Air in clutch line , I think that is what my husband said. ANyway, it starts and can go a short distance, that needs to be fixed" Can someone tell me if air in the clutch line is related to the car only being able to go short distances or what another problem might be? I'd ask the owner but if they want to just get rid of the car I doubt they'd be totally straight with me.
Thanks

she said that she will rethink her decision if i can proove to her that im a really really good driver by the time i get my licence, and even then its a slim chance...ideas please, anything! tips on how to convince, good driving habbits, anything please.

im already an good driver, i do the speed limit, im extremly watchful of my surroundings and other cars and that stuff.

if i cant convince her, i cant drive until im 17. which will suck.

I need something to do when I'm not driving. A book or a movie will get old after I've gone through it a few times, and then it just takes up space.

I need something I can do over and over again, and doesn't take up too much space - like a hobby.

Learning guitar is one example - but it's not cheap and it takes up a LOT of space.

What can I do while I'm trucking across the US?

i had an exhaust job done on my truck. the truck is a 1990 gmc 1500, 2wd, 350. i had the cat removed with a flowmaster muffler on it. now the truck runs horrible. after a while the check engine light came on and the code says o2 sensor. i only found one o2 sensor in the left manifold. i replaced it and it did nothing. i did find a wire though hanging free by the distributor. it is the same color, size, and same connector as the o2 sensor connector. but it's disconnected. i think there might have have been another o2 sensor on the truck and the guy just unplugged it under the hood when he removed the cat, while doing the exhaust. i dont know if unplugging an o2 sensor can make a vehicle run bad (miss, stumble, ect.) but ive done every thing else. ive even had the throttle body checked and distributor checked for damage and it all looks fine. i know newer trucks have 4 o2 sensors, but if anyone knows how many this truck should have or what i should do to fix it, i would appreciate it.

My truck makes a faint clicking noise when I accelerate. It only happens until the engine gets warm. Has anyone had this problem or does anyone know what it is?

While ago a deer ran out in front of me and caused a bit of damage to my 2002 Toyota Camry. Although the damage doesn't appear to be too bad, (hood and bumper are bent, and the right headlight is a bit out of place though it still works fine, car drives fine) I didn't have my cell phone so I had to drive back home (not very far) from where the incident happen.

1. Will the insurance still pay because I left the scene? (I wasn't speeding, had my headlights on, and our seatbelts)

2. Will my insurance rates go up? (The damage can't be over $2000, so I can just pay that huge bill once, but that higher insurance will haunt me forever)

3. Will this go on my driving record? (The car is still very drivable and neither me nor my passenger were injured in any way). (I did not get a police report, at least not yet)

I went on holiday to Florida & couldn't believe I had to take my life in my hands every time I crossed a road! Surely it would be better if no cars could go over the crossing when it's on 'walk' so everyone is safe?!

I just wrecked my car last night into a doubl panel wooden fence, because i was driving when the road was wet and i was in a curve and when i turned my wheel the car kept on going straight to the wall, so i applied the brakes, and that did nothing, so i got scared and pulled the E-brake which shifted my position a bit, but i still smacked ontop of the sidewalk, through the wooden fence into someones back yard...but the point of the question is, do you believe my insurance will just write off the car, or will they bother in fixing my car "click on attached link for pics" (u cant see in the pics but the control arm is broken but u can tell )

A company offered a great job to my boyfriend but his MVR that has errors etc etc. is affecting him with the new company getting him insured even when he showed the corrections so next option; He suggested to drive his own vehicle so he wants to show them a contract that states that even if he is on company time that the company will not be liable for anything. This job offer is amazing even without the company vehicle so it's worth all this hassle. HELP or if you know where there are amazing job openings for a great Electronic Technician in Tri-state area or MD not going below $60,000 per year w/ great benefits let me now. Thanks :)

We've decided to try to get rid of our '93 Ford Taurus SHO just sitting in the corner of our drive way. But the problem is where? It has an oil leak that would need to have the whole engine taken out to repair, and the water pump...i think doesn't work either. It still starts good and everything. It's also fully equipped with all of the automatics that you could get for one. It has a premium sound system and automatic headlights. My parents think that it's just trash and they want to give it away for free for parts. But i think you could get a goods money worth out of it. Where should we take it? and would anyone know how much it could be worth? Thanks

I just got a new textile jacket. Where before I had to support myself from a foreward lean, I now have to hold myself from going backwards from wind blast. Does a tighter fitting leather jacket have less of this sail effect or is it about the same? Is there any remedy for this other than laying on my tank, which is not to comfortable?

What is the better system to prevent damage to the actual bumper and add to the strength of the frame in the event of a front collision? A push bumper like police cars (the two vertical bars) have or just a plain push bar/grill guard (multiple horizontal bars)?
