I just wrecked my car last night into a doubl panel wooden fence, because i was driving when the road was wet and i was in a curve and when i turned my wheel the car kept on going straight to the wall, so i applied the brakes, and that did nothing, so i got scared and pulled the E-brake which shifted my position a bit, but i still smacked ontop of the sidewalk, through the wooden fence into someones back yard...but the point of the question is, do you believe my insurance will just write off the car, or will they bother in fixing my car "click on attached link for pics" (u cant see in the pics but the control arm is broken but u can tell )

My front airbags NEVER deployed, only right curtain, and right side (front), but it was a head on so is it possible to sue BMW or the dealership because my airbags didnt deploy?! i had 3 ppl in the car with me (We are all OK)

Doesn't look too bad from the photos, (I see this stuff all day, everyday). Probably will repair if no airbags deployed and no hidden damage to transmission/engine.

OUCH! With front wheel drive, quite often the repairs cost more than what the car is worth. It would take a body shop to make the call on thisone.
Good luck

It looks pretty well trashed by looking at the pictures. I hope you have collision and comprehensive coverage on it; if not, it's definitely "toast". Generally speaking, if the costs of repairs exceeds 80% of the book value, it is totaled. Sorry. Good luck!

eh, i think youll be alright. I do estimates all day and if i saw this car out in the field i wouldnt assume it was a total.

Only thing that may be an issue is if there is TONS of undercarriage/steering/suspension damage. But still.. your workign with a car thats worth quite alot..

i think youll be fine.

Hopefully, you have full coverage, meaning collision coverage. It looks pretty totalled to me, if you don't owe much it would probably be better to take the total and purchase a new car. If you owe a substantial amount, hopefully you get enough to pay off the loan.

That's why you should slow down when the roads are wet. But...it's done now.

I'm not an insurance adjuster, but I've towed a lot of wrecks and listened to a lot of adjusters. Yours is totaled. Sorry.

You'll get fair market value after they look at it.
