Go to auto body school and then Appritice for a sheetmetal shop for awhile.
The auto body schools are limited as to what they teach but they will get you the basics. a sheetmetal shop uses many tools that arent used in "normal" body repair anymore like an english wheel , breaks and forms

Check out all the various technical institutes in your area. That is the best way to get a certification for auto repair.

Look into enrolling in Wyotech; it's got the best program for budding hot rodders and kustomizers. Good luck!
