I have the 2.5 four door because I couldn't afford the 3.5. For a 4 cylinder, there is a lot of "get up and go." However, if you are a true speed person, you want the 3.5.

Sure you can afford it give your self an after Holiday Gift just wait until the initial feeding frenzy is over. Like january when it is cold outside the dealers will be willing to sell anything. The 3.5 with Navi technology package is the way to go. I work in Fort Worth Texas and our dealership just took delevery on (6) manual trans, 3.5 Altima Coupes. First I have seen. Now theres a pocket rocket that will make a 15 second run 1/4 mile accelerate smoothly and have all the bells and whistles that makes the car sell faster 5 or 6 years form now.

The Altima is really fast for "what it is"! Not a true sports car by all means though.
