Let say someone gets into an accident but did not have insurance on it( it is a long story but the car needed to be repair and be sold, so he was driving it to get it fix so he can sell, unfortunatly, while he was on the highway, he tries to stop just to realisethat the brake was not working and he bumps into another car. well the car is complety a mess and the air bag even came out. As it is for the other car no need to say that it back was mess up too) ok my question now what is going to happen, can he take a lawyer to defend him and how much do you think it might be to fix the other car. Please let me know I am so worried. the person lives in dallas, Texas. Thank you for your time
( the police came and said they are are going to court, the other car has insurance)

What I am asking is not you to say that he is in trouble( we already know that you dont have to add your own) what I am asking is if we can get a lawyer before the court date , what is going to happen from there? has anyone been in this kind of situation or know someone who had.

I cant not be a jail time because he did run from the accident scene. To pay for the damage, I also know he has too since he is the one who bump into the other car.( not to mention that he did not do it due to bad driving, it can happen to anyone any car can have they brakes off.) I only want to know if they are going to have some option for the payement, Is he going to need to pay right away after the court. Thank you for your answers

Aside from all the damage and cost, there will be a final decision made in court. Yes, there are repayment options and usually something like this would be 2-4 years of monthly installments. Since we do not know how much will be the cost (car damages, illegal driving, etc...) I cannot estimate how much per month will be, but usually its like 120 to like 200 or something like that. That should give you an idea.
Also, I don't think there will be jail time, unless the driver did a hit and run, then I am not sure. But other than that yes there are monthly repayment options. Good luck on that!

Disregarding the fact that the car was being operated illegally (no insurance), I think the driver is in a lot of trouble. He/she will be liable for any and all damages to both vehicles; since his air bag deployed, it must have been a severe impact (his car is probably totaled). The other vehicle would need to have an estimate of the damages performed before giving any information. Sorry. Good luck!

The driver of the car that hit the other car is liable and could be in very big trouble. I know in California if you don't have insurance, you can have your license suspended if you get in an accident or can end up in jail and still liable for repairs to the other car and responsible for possible bodily injury.

AD is correct at the cash; Allstate won't make a resolution instantly on the grounds that they ought to assess in case your top class used to be w/within the instructions of your coverage; to disclaim a declare for insurance policy, they ought to tip toe and confirm they did the whole thing required by way of regulation; that's the cause the coverage organizations are regulated in order that they dont "simply deny" to make more cash; in any organization i've labored for, denial of insurance policy mostly took couple of weeks to a month to confirm that our insurance policy might stand if ever sued; you'll be able to speak to the entire different greater officers within the organization, but it surely wont have an effect on the results; if''''''they deny this declare, then i would don't forget searching for authorized recommendation to verify you don't have any recourse; additionally; in the event that they deny and the opposite organization is going when you, attempt to determine an contract for compensation like AD mentioned; so much organizations are inclined to check out and negotiate with you; well good fortune

If the other person has the right coverage, their insurance company will probably fix their car. Then, they might go after (sue) the uninsured driver who hit their customer.
