i bought a car with a rebuilt title. i only recieved a registration that said title not avalible. come to find out a week after i bought the car the person whom i gave the money to and the person who physically sold me the car forged the signiture of the rightfull owner. is that illegal?

I have a light bar, and set up, but I want to add the the light, I tried tapping the fuse, but it would never turn off. Any suggestions? By the way, it's a 99 Mercury Cougar, with a V6 2.5 Liter Eng. 24 Valves.

It's a miracle she didn't have an accident before it was discovered during a routine maintenance check. Everything has been replaced, but how do we keep it from happening again? The little varmints are everywhere. There is no garage...so that is not an option.

A humane solution would be nice...but whatever works!

Hi, I want to know which airplane I should buy for doing flights to the caribbean and south america from south florida(miami)? I really want a Turbo Cirrus because they are fast and come with a parachute, which makes me feel more safe. But I also heard that flying a single over open water is a pretty bad idea, should I lose an engine i'm shark's food! lol. A twin whould be safer but then they don't come with a chute. My budget is less the 400k.
