They are going to have you drive them around. They will be checking to see if you are looking left, right, and behind you at all times. While turning, make sure you are physically checking all blind spots, if you are not moving your head, they might dock you points.
They will also be seeing if you are running over the turtles(bumps on the street) while turning or going straight.
They will be checking to see how fast you are going in residential areas, so be cautious of your speed, don't forget about your braking.
And dont forget to give yourself some room between your car and the car in front of you.
AND WEAR YOUR SEATBELT!

Normally during the actual driving test all they do is give you instructions like turn left at the light. You will have to take a written test that will be from the book. If I were you I would brush up on last time before the test.

They usually check to ensure you can properly use hand signals, are alert behind the wheel, can properly make a u-turn, parallel park, stop the vehicle at the proper locations at crosswalks, traffic signals and signs, and obey all traffic rules and regulations. Typically, the examiner will simply tell you what to do and not ask any "irrelevant" questions. Good luck (I think)! (You shouldn't have "sort of forgot" what you learned in order to obtain your permit; it is important to becoming a good driver)!

If you know what the rules, try not to panic and drive as though you would if your instructor was guiding you, only this time you instruct yourself as best you can.
