If it's really really stuck. You need to find someone with the right size of drill. I work in a bike shop and have done this before. It's not a nice job, but sometimes, the only way to fix this problem.

get some Plus Gas or WD40 on it and grap it with some pipe grips and twist. Even if you crush the seat post it will help it come out

in case you have smashed it you will possibly have bent the submit, seat tube or the two. WD40 will artwork extra useful than oil to loosen it through fact it penetrates so plenty extra useful-attempt some purposes giving slightly time between each and each to allow it to penetrate extra useful. in case you do no longer thoughts dropping the submit-I doubt it in case you tried smashing it-use an excellent vice grip to hold the submit and a physique clamp to hold the motorbike, and in the previous pulling the seat submit out 'unscrew' it to unfold the WD40 to spots it could no longer penetrate and it is going to come out-till something's bent. do no longer pound on it any further-you're fortunate in case you haven't any longer already bent something, and in case you have you will in hassle-free terms bend it extra.

Use a penetrating or dismantling lubricant, such as PlusGas - these are specially formulated for this purpose.

WD40 (which is a water-dispersant, not a lubricant) or 3-in-1 will be much less effective.
