just wondering why i got the ticket when i hit the idiots car that parked behind mine and he didnt get nothing?

you people are rude first of all it was 4am in the morning and i tried twice to back out and not hit it and no matter what i couldnt i thought i was clear of it so i rolled down the hill slowly and smack i hit it I called the law to report it not them they have a fifty foot concrete driveway and didnt park in it how stupid is that and anyway im fighting the ticket this rode isnt big enough for someone to park on and i dont mind paying damages but the ticket is just stupid oh ya now im parked in the rode cant wate till they want to leave poor babys will have to drive in there grass

You hit a parked car, and are wondering why the parked car didn't get a ticket? Before you back up, you are supposed to look and insure the way is clear. Did you? Obviously not or you would have seen the car and not hit it.
And why are you calling him an idiot? Was it a legal parking place, no red curb, no "No parking" signs? If so, he had a right to park there. Just pay for the damage you did to his car through your insurance or out of pocket, and all will be fine.

well, curbs are usually for parking. Unless the idiot parked in a "no parking" zone, then it's all your fault because you were careless and backed into his car.
I'm glad you got a ticket cuz usually, people just drive off.

If I understand this , you backed across the street , both lanes of traffic and hit a parked car. and you think that you are in the right !? If the other car had not been there, you might have keept going until you hit a pedestrian. (and blame them?) Take some responsibility for your actions.

You got the ticket, cuz you hit the car. As long as he wasn't blocking your drive, he can park there.

It's legal, but not wise. If you backed into his parked car, you are 100% at fault, even if he was illegally parked.
