Well I am getting ready to sell my Grand Prix and now it won't start or jump. The starter didn't show any wear last time I started it, I haven't tried to start it in over a year. Where should I begin? New battery?

i just replaced the battery in my bravada (94 4.3) and it turns but dont start, its not my fule pump beucase gas is getting to the engine and its not the starting coil becuase im getting spark, i think mybe its the alternater wat else could it be?

I bought a 2003 Ford Focus almost 2 years ago and it didn't come with a warranty. Now I know that a used car is going to have some maintenance issues but I'm having to pay for repairs on this car quite frequently and I just can't afford to make the car payment, pay for insurance and pay for all the repairs. I've thought of just calling them and telling them I'm not going to pay for the car anymore so they can come and repo it. At the rate it breaks down the car isn't going to work at all long before I finish paying the loan which is in 3 years. Any recommendations or advise?

More specifically, can I switch from 103T to 103S without damaging the car? This is for a Acura MDX 2003. Manufacturers website lists 103T. Today is Sunday and I can't call them. Hence the question to y'all!

I have an 2001 chrysler sebring, and my oil like came on day before yesterday, and my car has been parked, and i drove it without checking my oil, and my car started to make flapping dadada noise, and so I pull over at autozone and I HAVE NO OIL, and I added 4 quarts of oil, and the noise stopped until I accelerated over 50 mph the dadada noise starts again, plus it takes alot for my rpms to shift...

I added oil, my transmission fluid is purple, and I have Anitfreeze.

what could these noise be ? my headers???

I need to connect a wire to my Sony stereo's wiring harness. The wire that i need to run comes out of the head unit, connects with the other wires to the stock wiring harness, but doesn't continue out of the other side of the connector. I thought this would be the best way to connect the wire. But how do I get it to stay put in the connector? Looks like it needs a little tiny female end, but I don't have one that small.....

Will not stay running


I called Ford Dealership (Auto Parts Stores Suggest, Ford Item) for Battery Cables (it seemed like a loose connection) was told cables sell only in combo pack with Fuse assembly ($400.00.)
I replaced Battery. Starts, Runs for about 2 miles, lights dim and cuts out, will not restart. I replaced Alternator 2 yrs ago, however feel this is my problem, but what is this thing about the FUSES?

Hey,
I recently bought a 2001 Suzuki Katana 600. It has 2900 miles on it and runs like a dream. Except for one thing, when I shift the bike from nutral to first it makes this grinding nosie. I have the cluch fully depresed at this time. Also this grinding does not happen with any other gear changes, such as 1st to 2nd... This leads me to beleve one of my worst fears, it is a problem in the transmission. Do you guyes agree? and if so where can I get this part cheap? Do I have to buy a brand new transmissison or can I get a 1st gear repair kit? I was thinking of turing to ebay to save a couple of bucks, whould you recomend that?
