I will assume that you have checked for a blown fuse, and that the fuse is good!! If not, check that first!

With a test light and a jumper wire, you can locate the problem with little effort! You can get a test light from any auto supply store, or from Wal-mart! They are only a few dollars and are a very helpful thing to have. A jumper wire is just a piece of wire, that you can use to run power from one location to another! If you want to be fancy, you can put alligator clips on both ends!

Start by locating the horns and pulling the wire off of one. Attach your test light to a ground and use the probe (pointed end) to connect to the horn wire. Have someone hit the horn button on the steering wheel! If the test light lights, then the horn(s) are bad and will need to be replaced! Just to be sure, take your jump wire and run from the positive battery post to the horn power connector (where you pulled off the wire) and make sure that the horn does not sound with direct power!

If there is no power to the horn, you will need to check the horn relay to see if it is getting power. If it is the relay is bad! If there is no power to the relay, the problem is in the steering column or steering wheel horn button!

Most likely the horn or the horn relay is bad!

Locate the horn and check to see if there is current there.Quite often if the fuse is o k because the horn is in an exposed position the contacts inside get stuck and a sharp tap on the horn with a hammer will get them working again

Since it's so low cost, I would replace your "horn relay" in the engine compartment. It's easy to do once you find it. AutoZone shows you where it is here:

The horn actuation switch is in your steering wheel and hard to get to, so you hope that's not the problem. When you push the horn button on the steering wheel, it may turn on a relay. If so, that relay could be bad. Since you have 2 horns, it's unlikely both horns are bad so the next step is to go to your public library and get a wiring diagram so you know where the wires run. Then you check for the presence of battery voltage at the fuse output and the relay output. The battery voltage should appear at the horns when you press the horn button.

The horn is grounded by the bolt it is mounted with so there is only 1 wire going to it.It should be hot when horn button is pushed if it not the easiest thing to do is run a hot wire from fuse panel to a button switch and then to the horn very simple and will get you tooting again.

first id check the fuse for them, then check the horns ,you can wire them strait and see it they will work,if they work then the horn button is bad, horns will often go bad ,because the really don't get used a lot,and they are often in a place where the constantly stay damp ,so sometimes this will make them go bad,id take them off and wire them to the battery to see if they actually work, then you,ll know for sure,be sure and check the fuse for them,it could just be blown, good luck with it.

have you ever checked the cord continues to be related to the horn? have you ever checked the fuse visually? it looks the horn isn't precise earthed. i might examine those issues out in the previous you circulate any further. i'm hoping that's some use for you.
