I just got a speeding ticket the other day and I was wondering the ways of getting the point off... I've heard different things, convincing the judge to let you go to traffic school and that will remove it.... Any ideas? I live in California if that helps at all...

No sweat. You have the option of going to traffic school. You don't have to convince the judge. You only get one traffic school appearance... I am not sure of the time between traffic schools. but it sounds like you are a first timer. Easy one.

What city did you get the ticket in? There are other options.

The state will probably allow you to take a defensive driving course. That should remove the ticket from your record if it's the only one you have.

If go to the DMV and take traffic school, the government will be reassure that you are a safe driver; so they will take it off of your record.
