I wouldn't think they did as it would contravene the Health and safety of food.

Whilst it was genuinely made from edible ingredients, a day under hot studio lights made the car unfit for human consumption, although a couple of sections were kept for posterity.

The Cake Bake Company in Kent produced the 400 sponge cakes used in the Skoda advert, of which a promotional version has been made (sadly they don't look like a Skoda Fabia but I'm told they are still full of lovely stuff!).

Nope - was thrown away as after a day under studio lights it wasn't safe to eat.
