I had the head gasket replaced (cost $1,041.43) and the car is still overheating, I noticed that the fan (in front of the radiator) is not running unless the ac is on. My mechanic says it may be the sensor so now that is going to be replaced. The car heats up to 200 with in driving 2 miles. please help. Oh and the thermostat is supposedly working.

I own a 2001 tiburon. i would like to put 20% tint on the right and left window. is 20% dark enough. i also want to put chrome stripping around the window as well. how much should i expect to pay?

Another ? how dark of tint can i put on my windows without it being illegal? is it like 35%

my jeep cherokee is leaking coolant from the drain plug. I replaced the plug today, coolant still leaks. It is dripping out of the center of the plug, there is a hole that runs all the way through, like a drinking straw. I replaced the plug with the exact same plug that came out of the jeep from the factory. Why is it leaking and How do I get it to stop. Thanks

it was a 2 door coupe with a dual distributor 4 cylinder engine. i am pretty sure it was rear wheel drive and it was a 4 speed. the title and registration didn't say what it was, or if it did i don't remember seeing it. anyway i have never seen another one like it anywhere. the rear quarter panel had louvers on it in which the drivers side covered the gas cap. i want to stress that it was NOT a hatchback. i have searched everything i could find on Datsun history and have not been able to find this car, it is as if it doesn't exist. anyone with any kind of knowledge here would be greatly appreciated! thank you for you time.

I just bought a new car and my old one has been sitting in my drive for about a week and a half.

I got brand new tires put on the car in January and have not had a problem. The tires were absolutely fine when I parked the car in the back drive. Now all of a sudden both tires on the same (right) side are flat. I had them filled a few days ago and parked the car again - tonight they are flat AGAIN.

What could have cause them to go flat when the car hasn't been used?

I rented a car for a day in another province, gave it back to the rental office but it was close already. So i went to the drop box to deposit the key, but a man who pretended to be an employee stood by the drop box and asked he will drop the key for me. I saw it when he dropped the key. I have witnesses too. So i went back to my province and the next day i called the rental if everything is ok. They told me the car is missing. They charged me for a second day in w/c i paid and then 4 months after they charged me for car damage when it was lost for 1 day. I did not purchase the rental insurance. they have billing statement of the replacement but it was their own car maintenance that issued it. they are asking me for 545$ and its beyond my 2 weeks of work because i dont earn too much. What if i am the defendant in the court and i lost what will happen? I dont have money to pay it in 15 days. And what if I opposed to the man who pretended to be an employee and he hurt me? help

I just dropped an engine in my 92 Grand Am. I never drove it before this. I drove it for the first time today. Around town it did fine. I got on the interstate for fifteen miles. When I got off the ramp and hit my first red light, CLUNK!! It stalled, like I didn't push the clutch in, but this is an automatic transmission. I started it, then dropped it into drive. CLUNK! Again I started it and , CLUNK! I know absolutely nothing about an A/T. If there is a tranny specialist out there that can help, I'd appreciate it.
Now for the strange part. I got in it this afternoon, drove it home. No problems. No stall, no nothing, just like a new car. I am stumped and broke now. Any advise would be cool and the Gang.

I have a 1995 Honda Accord and I need a new engine. I'm told a brand new engine would cost me about $5000. I definitely can't afford this kind of debt and a new car just isn't in the stars for me right now unless I come into some money or meet a kind-hearted rich person. It seems my only other option is to get a re-manufactured engine, but I'm not sure if going to the dealer where I purchased my car is the best option.

It's getting hotter and more of a nuisance now. I have a 1999 Chevy Lumina 4 door Car that I just recently purchased. I have to keep it on a certain setting (the one with the man sitting and the air hits both his face and his feet-whatever that one means!), and the air only comes out of the vents when I have my foot on the brake or not hitting the gas at all.

This really sucks.

However, when I have my foot on the brake, it works beautifully - as beautifully as it can on the ONE setting.

Can anybody tell me what the problem is and how I can possibly fix it? Keep in mind I am not a wealthy person-so "buying a new car" won't work!

I have a 94 Infinity Q45a that runs great until you turn the AC on, then the idle drops down considerably and is rough. When driving and have to stop fast it dies. Any idea what this might be? Thanks!

I ask this because I had it really bad.....so bad some of my friends in the car would actually ask me to pull over and let them out ...LMAO...well I took anger management classes and doing alot better.....I was living in NY before now I am in Georgia and people down here seem to be more respectful on the roads.....
