yes. you should bring it to goodyear ASAP. and ask them what is the specified air pressure of your tire.
after they fixed it, try to buy a tire pressure gauge, to help you monitor it at least once a week or aften (if you suspected rapid tire deflation)
i advice you buy a portable tire inflator which can be plug into your 12v cigatette lighter socket. to help you in trouble in case you're in a out of town trip.

If it IS flat, you have ZERO miles. You need to get it to a tire shop and repair or replace the tire.
If you are just out of air, put some air in the tire.

Either way you cannot drive on flat tires. You have no traction on that tire and you are risking a spin out (or even worse extra long stopping distance - accident).

You don't have any time. If it looks flat, it's flat and you can't drive it. Air it up or put the spare on and take it in.

Yes, but if you don't have enough air, you can also ruin that tire. The rim will actually cut into the sidewall if you're not careful.
