You might as well get the answer from actual Skyline owners.
No offence .You might as well get the right numbers tho
The gtt is a 2.5 turbo engine
whilst the gtr is a 2.6 twin turbo engine.
One final comment i seem to be following you around John Paul as as usual you are against Skylines.

I have seen over 1,400 horsepower from the inline 6 cyl Skyline engine used for drag racing and as much as 700 reliable hp at the road racing track. I also have seen 1,900 Hp from the new 350Z engine with turbo over supercharger. and 206 miles an hour in the 1/4 mile. Skyline's are so old fashioned and getting older every year. And 645 steetable power from a 2005 Z twin turbo. The 2007 350Z has brakes air bags and is smog legal and fun 306 hp right out of the box.

John Paul is correct and it will cost tens of thousands to get a car that can do it. I'd guess between $50 and $75k.
I disagree about the street bike though. I know of a few Supra's that smoke Hayabusa's on the move. I admit that off the line it's really tough.
I have heard of tuned R34's on the street in Japan that go 0~100km/h (0~62mph) in less than 3 seconds but have not seen it in person. The AWD makes them launch like mad so a bike would have a hard time. Sorry about my digression.

Any way you look at it, its going to cost a ton to get the hp John Paul is talking about, other than the stock z hp. And yet, a street bike is still going to be faster. Off the line, of course a bike wins. And a hayabusa off the line is fast as hell, but not the fastest on a roll. There may be like 4 supras in america that can do that to a bike, but almost any car on the road loses to most stock bikes.

Good luck, considering the last R34s were made in 2002, and they were the Nur's. The only R34 released in 2003 was the Z-Tune.
