I have an older car and the fabric on the "ceiling" lining fabric is coming down in a few places. I can't afford to go to a body shop and have a new liner properly done right now. I was thinking of trying an aresol adhesive or a rubber cement to reattach the fabric to the foam and a calk type sealant around the edges where there is a plastic molding that the fabric is supposed to be tucked under. Any better ideas or specific suggestions on products & brand names that you recommend.

I have a'97 Mercury Grand Marquis. The drivers side back floor board gets soaked when it rains. I have figured out that it's not coming up from underneath since it gets wet when the car is sitting still. Also, the door isn't wet. Someone told me it is coming from the trunk via a channel.

I have a 2005 Nissan Titan and I tripped the air bag light when I turned on the ignition with the passanger air bag light unplugged and now I cant get the light to go off. I have tried every trick I know to get it to turn off. Does anyone have any ideas short of taking it to the dealer and paying them 70 dollars for 2 min of work

I'm trying to fix up a Yamaha FZR-R so I can get it registered. There's something under the seat, that appears to be rotated by two cables connected to the exhaust at the front of the bike. Neither I nor my Dad has the foggiest idea what this thing is. Anyone out there have ideas as to what it is, and/or does?

ok I havent long passed my test so I dont really know anything about cars.

I bought a fait punto second hand, test drove it it was fine. got home it had no water so I put the right amount of water in.

yesterday I drove it places it was fine but today it kept cutting out (but I could of been stalling so I cant say that) when I drive it it sounds like the accsellorater is making a tapping wierd noise. then I load of white smoke came out of my exorce pipe (sorry about spelling) that finally stopped now white smoke is coming from under my bonnet.... does anyone no whats wrong. I am planning on taking it to a garage but will probaly cost me a fortune. I cant even ask for my money back because it was bought second hand off a person.

I have an 05 GSXR-600 and have recently went to an after market sprocket. The problem is the excessive noise from the front sprocket. I have tried 2 different brands but the noise is the same. If I reinstall the original sprocket the noise is gone. I see there is a noise dampening rubber on the stock sprocket but I haven't heard of anyone having this problem with after market sprockets. Has anyone had this problem before and what can be done?

My car right now only has a cassete deck and I'm going to get a CD deck installed pretty soon. My audio system seems to be okay with the current set-up, even though I would like a lot more bass and sharper quality. However, I cant afford the entire set up right now, which would include buying a new sub woofer.
My question is, if I change only the speakers to a decent set, would this improve the overall quality of my sound system by a lot or just a little. And also, does the quality of the CD Deck matter for soudn quality as well? I just want a simple CD deck with a change of speakers.

I'm getting a 2008 C-Class when I turn 16. Most people at my school, mostly the older kids (I'm 14), have trashy, stupid and rundown cars. I want to blow the school away with my entry level Mercedes Benz.

I know damn well, I can not come up with $38,000 cash, so I must lease. Will they lease? Will they lease to my mom, my dads credit if messed up, so not happening.

BTW: If they say they are unable to, then theres going to be some car windows busted into at the dealership, and thats a promise!
