No. They can't legally have any alcohol in their system. The law in most states says that anyone under the age of 21 cannot have any alcohol in their system except that which is consumed at a generally recognized religious ceremony. In other words, if you attend a church which uses real wine in communion, you may take part. Otherwise, it's .00.

NO I live in NJ and am 16 1/2 with my learners permit. You can not have any beer unless you are 21 or older, but they do give you a BAC rating of .01 meaning medicinal purposes if you can prove it. Also the BAC and the beer vary depending on your body

No! Any measureable BAC will get you nailed. I believe the standard is .02 for a DUI for under-21s, but anything measureable can get your license pulled until you are 21.

A MIP citation walking down the street can also get your license pulled, by the way! This is a lesser known fact but I have friend whose 16 year old daughter is in just that situation. Her ticket was pulled until she's 21 for being caught at a party with alcohol in her system. She'd only had one beer and wasn't driving but that didn't matter to the DMV or the judge.

No, you could not rigidity legally in NYC. i'm also a 17 365 days previous from NJ with my provisional drivers license. you could in basic terms rigidity in the state of latest Jersey till you get your person-friendly license once you're 18 years previous.

No. Acholic beverages are restricted to people under 18, let alone driving a car above the limit of 25mg of ahcohol.
