I'm getting a 2008 C-Class when I turn 16. Most people at my school, mostly the older kids (I'm 14), have trashy, stupid and rundown cars. I want to blow the school away with my entry level Mercedes Benz.
I know damn well, I can not come up with $38,000 cash, so I must lease. Will they lease? Will they lease to my mom, my dads credit if messed up, so not happening.
BTW: If they say they are unable to, then theres going to be some car windows busted into at the dealership, and thats a promise!

A C-Class is only an entry level luxury vehicle. If I was spoiled I would go for the S-Class which cost 80,000+.

If you are that spoiled, just have your parents lease it for you. By law you cannot enter into a contract before the age of 18.

No you must be of legal age to lease a car. And your credit has to be established. Good luck with your first worn down trashy car. Please take a car control school like "the drivers edge" and learn about real driving and skid control and be one up on all the other teenagers. Then when you get a good job and become credit worthy buy that Benz. Breaking glass on security cameras will land you in jail. Did you think people just walk into a car lease? pay 250 dollars and drive out? that is not how leases work. Lease is two different car loans one to the lease company and one to the dealership with a promise you will drive the 12,000 miles or less each year and keep up the car maintenance. Excessive wear and tear will be charged to you when the lease expires. At that time you can refinance the entire balance and own the car or turn it back with all charges penalty's.

Just ask your parents what they'd be willing to do for you. You don't need credit, as it turns out. You cannot sign a contract, because you're not an adult. Since you can't make a legal agreement, you can't borrow any money. If you're not talking to your parents about this, you have zero chance of success. I hope this makes sense, but with the meager functions of the teenage brain, you never know.

First of all; the answer is no. Nobody is going to lease you a Mercedes at 16.
When you're 18 and you establish some credit; yes. Until then, nope.
Lastly, if you do decide to break out some windows....congratulations, you have proved why you shouldn't (and won't) get what you want. You're a child and quite immature. Hope you get caught, hope you go to jail.

You are too young to legally sign a contract. As for the kids at school, and what they drive, you should feel very spoiled if your parents purchase a car like that for you. Be mature, grow up, and purchase the car yourself. As for blowing anyone away, not gonna happen, they are going to look at you as a spoiled little girl, with not much to offer. Yeah, go bust some windows, that'll teach them to mess with a little punk like you!

The stupid ones do. Even if it was legal to do so, your last comment about "busting windows" shows you don't have the maturity to lease a pair of roller skates. I think, the only car you are ever going to be in is the one that's driving you to jail ....

With or without your parents.
You are to young (high risk)

You have to impress people by putting yourself in debt????
