ok so i took a title loan out on one of my cars....didnt pay it.....can they just take my car? or do they have to notify me and then take my car?

Can anyone please tell me if it is my starter motor that is the problem. I am unable to drive it to the mechanic to have it checked but I am sure it is as the battery has enough charge in it & I drove it at night with lights all bright. I know its not the alternator as a new one was put in it not long ago. All the wires are ok. It just wont kick over, and when continue to try, the battery just flattens. I know I also need a new battery but I have recharged the battery & it was tested to check the power. Hope someone can help me out .

I am not much of a michanic, but does a car need a working flywheel to work?

The only reason I want this pickup is cause it has syrans and hopfully it works without a flywheel.

What is the max # of hours a pilot and co pilot can be ON DUTY in any 24 hr period. (On duty being , "on the clock" whether or not flying.) such as , having mechanics check a minor problem.
How many hours can he fly? Define " flying ." Is this only the time the plane is in the air, or does it mean whenever the aircraft has engines on, taxiing , waiting to take off, etc.

What happens if , due to bad weather, the pilot is running out of time. Can he (within reason) complete his tour of duty?
He may be out of time in Phila, but he is assigned to still do a Phila-Baltimore hop. Can he do it?

Next question, hours of rest. Please define it. Does this mean, sent to a motel to sleep?
Or, is he considered "resting" when, for example, he arrived Baltimore at 2PM, left the airplane at 230PM and doesn't have to be back until 330 PM and he goes to lunch?
How does this work?
Also how do you measure a "day." Noon to Noon, Mid to midnight, and how about time zone changes?

I've seen several programs that say you can run a diesel car on vegetable oil, although modifications need to be made because vegetable will thicken up at cool temps.

My question is, could I run the veg oil without modifying the car, if I ran it as a mix with diesel, say 50-50? I'm talking about clean unused vegetable oil.

A secondary question. How much filtering would used vegetable oil require? When I was in the restaurant biz, we used to filter ours every night with what were essentially tough oversize coffee filters. Is that all that is required?

I drive a 98 manual camaro and its so quite i just wish it was alittle bit louder sounding, i mean some of my friends drive automatics and their cars sound way louder then mine. I'm a girl so bear with me i don't know much about cars.

here I go again with this wretched Car!
In my 92' chevy Skylark,I was charged $330.00 ( inc. labor) to have the waterpump replaced,along with the Thermostat and gasket. The cost of the water pump was $70.00. Does $330.00 sound rite ? I don't know how long it took him, because I left it there over the weekend. He did a couple of other things like put a sealer in the tank because it has a couple of small leaks.
I asked him to drive it off a Cliff for me, but he didn't! ( lol!!!)

I bought a wrecked 1993 ford explorer that the keys got lost to.I need to get one made but I dont know if it has a chip in it or not and if it takes one or two keys to unlock the doors and one for the ignition. Please could anyone help with this information.

I own an '04 Pontiac Grand Prix w/ 48,000 miles on it. I do my own oil changes w/ Castrol GTX or Mobil 1 5W-30 and a FRAM oil filter. For the first time, I added Lucas Oil Stabilizer (4 quarts oil and the LOS), and my has begun to shake when first started in the morning and sometimes throughout the day when I've been idiling for more than a couple of minutes. I'm going to change the oil again here soon, but if anyone has any reasoning as to why she's shaking after the stabilizer was put in, it would be greatly appreciated! I wrench on cars in my spare time, so I know my stuff ---- therefore, details would be great. Extras: fuel injectors are fine (also run fuel injector cleaner ever 3rd month to keep clean), just cleaned my throttle body and mass air flow sensor few weeks ago, and there is a new air filter. I usually run 87 (b/c she is a regular 3.8 V6 non-supercharged) and once a month put in 89 or higher (75%, I use Shell). Thanks for the help!
