I'm upgrading my air intake and air filter on my turbo eclipse. Its an automatic so I'm not gonna do major upgrades but wanted to know if I'm going to feel anything after installation.
Also, would I notice a difference with a 6-12lbs torque increase? If yes, how so? Thanks!

The accident was not my fault, but the other driver did not have insurance. My left hand was fractured at the pinky knuckle and also lower in my hand at the middle finger. I was in a splint for 8 weeks, and went to see a physical therapist for only two weeks. I still have pain in the pinky knuckle and cannot bend it as far as the right hand. The doctor told me that I will most likely have severe arthritis when I get older (I am 26 now). I was only out of work for three days, but I had to be on restricted duty for a month. I had a hard time buttoning and pulling up my pants, as well as fixing my hair. It took me an extra half hour to hour to get ready every day. I want to know what to expect from the insurance company.

I will hopefully be going on a train over the line this year, and was wondering what the Settle & Carlisle line is like, and if it's
quite easy to take photographs from inside a train whilst it travels over the line?

Would it be better to do so on an express train, or an ordinary Northern Rail service which stops at most stations along the way? I assume that 156's operate along the line, not 142s? If 142s do, I may avoid the line.

Does anyone know why Virgin Cross Country's 07:03 Birmingham to Preston, and 10:29 Preston to Plymouth aren't going to/from Glasgow, even though they did last year?
(I'm guessing, so VXC doesn't have to send out as many Voyagers from Central Rivers, and Polmadie?)

Thanks for your answers, as they may persuade me to go on a Virgin Voyager/Pendolino train, or local Northern train.

It seens like that optional, more powerful engines cost are rediculously overpriced. It cannot cost that much more to manufacture. Examples are across the board, from BMW to GM.

i have a 1990 cherokee 4.0L and when i tow my very light camper (900lbs.) it seems to pull so easy i want to keep it in overdrive, the manual says for towing i should be in 3rd. i also have a power trany button and im thinking i could just use overdrive with this power tranny button on. im going for best posible gas mileage but want to make sure im not doing any damage to the transmition. i understand when im bucking a strong wind or pulling a steep hill its 3rd gear allways butt i was woundering if o.d. would be ok for pulling this in normal driving conditions and not over 60 mph. what are your thoughts? thanks in advance.

I really think the gas companies are being very unfair, I don't think they need to raise the cost up as high as it is.

New cars are made so that way when you get into an accident they crumple becuase it supposedly saves lives. In my experiance they do not saves live they cause more damage so if you survive the wreck it cost a fortune to fix. I've been in a couple of accidents two of them in old muscle carsthe first time I hit a gaurd rail at 40 and was left with a small dent and I got into a bad accident with my 67 firebird I was doing about 130 lost control of the car rolled it a couple of times before hitting a tree I walked out with a bunch of scrapes and bruises and some fractures but nothing seriously injured. a similiar thing happened to my father in the 70's with his chevelle and he walked out with minor injuries.I got in an accident at like 30 with my 95 talon and totaled the car and my stealth I hit someone only going about 8mph and needed to replace half the front end. I've had friends die in new vehicles but none in the older cars why would they change if it's safer to drive the older cars?

It started it about a week ago, and it does it as I'm driving. If I apply my brakes it stops. It gets worse as I turn my wheels, and I also noticed that when you put your car in "park" that usually the engine stops running so high, well mine sounds the same. What's going on?
