try checking the coolant sensor. if it is giving a faulty hot signal, the fan will run constantly.

Hey,,, I take it its your interior fan,,, I'm 100% sure its the rheostat, its under the glove box, Iv replaced many of these for that problem,it controls fan speed by resisting the amps flowing to the fan,,, good luck

fan relay is stuck on, try looking for it and tapping it to get it unstuck, probably will have to replace

check the small cable which goes to the number plate
