If you don;t have any car valeting equipment, eg.GP2000 & a wet vac...
Here's a few ways to remove coffee stain from car interior ; )

Dip a towel into a beaten egg yolk and rub the towel into the coffee stain. Then rinse the spot thoroughly with water.

Blot the stain clean from outside to inside, until all the liquid is absorbed. Then sponge the affected area with a mild liquid dish soap and warm water mixture. Blot dry with a white towel.

Sponge the stained area with 1/3 cup white vinegar and 2/3 cup of warm water mixture. Blot dry with a white towel and then sponge area with water before blotting the clean area dry with a towel.

Rub alcohol vigorously into the stain, then rinse thoroughly with water.

Blot stain with baby wipes.

Rub beer into the affected area and the stain should disappear.

Use automotive carpet cleaner.

Combine 1 quart of water, ½ teaspoon of mild soap and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Then blot the spot with the mixture.

Saturate the stain with warm water for at least a half an hour. Then blot dry with a white towel.

Apply shaving cream to lift the coffee stain.

If it's on the plastics too, just warm soapy water followed by clean water.
You'll be surprised that just warm soapy water & elbow grease will do tho, if the seats etc get abit too wet while cleaning again with clean water then keep the engine running with the heater on hot & turn the air vents towards the wet areas in your car! : )
Good Luck!
ps dont keep the engine running unless the car is somewere safe! lol'

Spilled coffee is a fact of life in today's world of morning commutes through the urban jungle. These instructions are for cloth upholstery. If you have leather upholstery, use a commercial leather cleaner/restorer.
Instructions
STEP 1: Soak up any residue of coffee by blotting with paper towels. STEP 2: Mix a solution of 1 quart water, 1 tbsp. white vinegar and 1/2 tsp. detergent (such as dishwashing soap.) STEP 3: Apply to stain with a sponge or towel and let sit for 15 minutes. STEP 4: Wipe away with warm water. STEP 5: Stains from coffee with cream or other added ingredients may be more difficult. Increase the concentration of white vinegar and reapply if stains persist. STEP 6: Let dry thoroughly. Overall Tips & Warnings
Consider applying a stain-repelling product such as Scotchgard to protect rugs and upholstery. Use Scotchgard Leather Protector on leather upholstery.

Baby Wipes

Use a baby wipe to blot up coffee spills from your rug or carpet; it absorbs both the liquid and the stain. Wipes can also be effectively deployed when attacking various spills and drips on your clothing and upholstered furniture.
See more uses for Baby Wipes.

Blot up the coffee with paper towels. Time is of the essence to prevent stains, so blot up as much of the coffee as possible as soon as possible. Remember: blot, don't rub.

Dry the carpet. Place a clean, dry dishtowel or sturdy paper towels over the damp spot. Place a plastic bag over them, and then place a heavy object, such as a large book, over the bag. Wait several hours or overnight before removing the towels. The stain should be gone and, because the drying process lifts even deep stains out, it won't reappear.

Fadwa, It's imperative that you instantly jump on spilled coffee.
After it "sets" in the fabric the stain is there to stay. You are forced to try Vinegar and water first. #2. Resolve, #3.foam carpet cleaner #4. Wisk and scrub with hot water.

Hope this helps a little. If your not satisfied scrub in a hidden area with Wisk and Clorox. Be careful because any time you use Clorox the fabric may become lighter colored and the darn stain is actually MORE noticeable. Good luck Hun!

Easiest way I've come across is a can of Blue Magic. This stain remover will even take PAINT out of carpet. They're under $4 a can usually, and you can get them at most auto parts places and retail stores.

A dry coffee stain will be very hard to remove, I would mix vinegar with simple green and try that. Vinegar is a very strong cleaner.

You mean, how do you cover bleach stains. Try the permanent ink markers that come in all colors. You might even find something in the auto section for the colored markers. But, if you can get the same thing and cheaper I'd try the school supply isle at Walmart.

well, no guarantees but try Spot Shot, which they have at wal-mart, or a carpet cleaner, which sometimes works for the car as well. there is something they sell at walmart which is supposed to be for carpet, but i've used it in my car; it's in powder form, and comes with a bristle brush attached to the container. the container used to be red and white.
