It started it about a week ago, and it does it as I'm driving. If I apply my brakes it stops. It gets worse as I turn my wheels, and I also noticed that when you put your car in "park" that usually the engine stops running so high, well mine sounds the same. What's going on?

It's the wear indicators on the brake pads rubbing on the rotor.

You need new brakes.

sound like either wheel bearnings or brakes. it is hard to tell with out actually looking at the vehicle, but i would get it checked out right away, as these 2 things are very dangerous if they malfuntion.
