I have a '01 Dodge Dakota 4dr SLT. I want to run second sound system to a box in the bed of the truck. But I want to use the existing c/d player and radio. Also, I want to put a switch on it to go from the speakers outside to the ones inside. First off, is this realistically possible? Second, what is the best approach to adding the second set of speakers (2- 6 1/2in and a sub) to the existing system?

I tried to give my friend's Mazda a jump from my E30 M3, which led to a horrific fireworks show in his engine bay, and a trip to the store for new fuses. None of us realized the BMW battery cables were colored differently from the norm. Thus we learned that the colors red and black should not be trusted; it's safest to look for the positive and negative symbols on the terminals.

But why is this so?

i am at a stop sign and i stopped. Since there aer two cars on my right that are huge and can't see past them both, i slowly made my way up the sign and as soon as i accelerate, i get hit by a sport car that is going at atleast 45 MPH. The police said it is my fault and i know because of the stop sign it is my fault. But can't i do anything to convince my insurance company because she was going at 45 MPH in 25 MPH zone and i was already in the middle of an intersection. Anyone?

ok i drive a '93 Toyota Camry, the problem is that the brakes become too long when you're stopped and pressing down on them
for exmple at traffic lights, i come to a stop and then the pedal softens up until i have it floored and it's barely stopping the car
but it was even worse after school today, it wouldn't even brake unless i stomped it down all the way-and it would take a lot to bring it to a stop.....my dad drove it home and said it was better
i checked the brake fluid and it was nearly full-just refilled it a bit.....also the car was stopped for about a week b/c i got rear ended-and i did notice the change when leaving-but it wasn't as bad as it is now....and i'm sure they didn't mess with it since all the work was in the rear
any ideas? thx

Ok i had my wiring and all that professionally installed then i sold that and bought a new system and im quite positive i have everything hooked up correctly. My subs started hitting for a minute then they just stopped? I dont know what is going on with that i checked if any wires were loose.

Also, What should i have my amp set at..i know the crossover should be liek 80-100hz but i have no idea about the gain..subsonic filter..slope or even what most of it means.

I drive a '89 Camry 4speed automatic.
