becuase they use the same K&N air filter?

I would think so unless there is some difference in the trim. To be sure, go to K&N's web site and see what model kits they have for both and see if the numbers are the same, then you know for sure.

The answer is 50% yes and 50% no. Why? Because the Crown Victoria and the Grand Marquis are actually the same cars because Ford makes both. Crown Victoria - Ford.
Grand Marquis - Mercury. Both the same company. Try it out. If it doesn't work, then I guess it doesn't.

I would bet that it does. They are basically the same car but with slightly different badging and trim.
