I don't think that they would hit each other because they're made by friction between the clouds and the ground, but if they did, they would probably combine (they're both negative, reaching towards the ground, which is positive)

it couldnt happen and if they did pretty much nothing would happen the streams would just submurge into to one or go right through each other
