Once every few months my car gets broken into in my apartment complex. I had an alarm installed and it still doesn't stop them. I don't keep anything of value in my car so I don't know why they keep coming back. I have a ragtop and they are prying open the window since there is no mold around it and thus prying open the passenger door so now it doesn't quite shut all the way, or at least doesn't look like its shut when it is cuz it sticks out a little. Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what to do. I love m,y apartment and think that moving is a little extreme. Is there any other way to prevent this from happening?

I probably spend 40 bucks but i save alot on gas because i drive a motorcycle to work, i mostly waste the gas on my days off.

The jeep is five speed and four wheel drive . It appears to bog down when in either first or second gear so that it feels like it is going to stall out. Other than that it runs great .At these times it idles really rough as though it has a bad plug. Could it be some type of sensor in one of the many systems? If so which one and where at ?

I'm having a memory malfunction and have forgotten what they are called. White little mask things. Protect you from inhaling bad particles. They have a name I think which I need to find them on ebay.

I need to buy one/some from ebay for when I start cleaning up my car engine bay and using sprays ect cleaning inside car.

Lately, I've seen dealers advertising that you can buy a brand new car for $88 down and $88 a month and another ad for $57 and $79 a month. Is there a catch to this? I think it would be great to have low payments like that, but I'm a bit skeptical. I heard you can do 72 months which is a bit long, but again the price is so low. Can someone explain this process to me?

Im looking to buy new subs and i have narrowed my choice down to a couple subs and i would really apperciate any help and suggestions i can get. I am basically looking for the loudest subs with decent SQ The amp i will be running the subs from is a Hifonics BXi1606D specs:
-1 X 550W @ 4 OHMS
-1 X 1100W @ 2 OHMS
-1 X 1600W @ 1 OHM

Now the subs im looking at are
2 12" Alpine Type R's I dont know which is better 2 or 4ohms?
2 12" Kicker CVX's
2 12" PIONEER PREMIER TS-W3004SPL

Any suggestions will be greatly apperciated.

I accidently sprayed tire cleaner on my windshield thinking it was windex. Stupid!! I know, but my windshield is now greasy and when it rains and I use the wipers, they water just streaks. I dont know how to get the stuff off! When I clean it with windex it is fine but as soon as the window gets wet and I have to use the wipers, it just streaks and leaves marks when it dries. Please help!!

My husband is having to replace the front wheel bearing on our 1998 ford windstar the manual reads that the hub nut needs to be replaced, however we have not recieved this part. Is it ok to reuse the old hub nut or do we need to wait for the new hub nut? Thanks

I was in an accident on my part. I was planning to switch insurance companies thatweek so cancelled one to use another that i hadn't finalized yet. My car is pretty nice 2004 14,000 dollar red tinted windows fully automatic...V6. I bought the car several months ago and make monthly payments on it. Now the car is sitting in an auto body shop a car behind me slammed into me and my gas tank was smashed in and my rear crashed in and the back window. Other than that it still drives, all wheels on and front 100 percent in tack, but because of gas tank won't open and needs replacement an est. cost for repair is 7,000. What should I do? I can't afford repairs on my own. I realize what an idiot i was to drive without coverage even for a day. Should I just sell my car or to a junk yeard. I'm still making mo. payments on it though. I'm so confused and i have to get it out of lot it is in right now by friday or they will put a lien on it...Yikes......Any advice and useful knowledge ASAP!!!!

I'm in serious trouble!!! and i dont know what to do! I got this 2006 pontiac g6, BEAUTIFUL car, i love it but i cant afford it, which sucks so bad. I went to this place where they dont check your credit and its a type of place that they will do absolutely anything to get you into a car, even tho they KNOW you cant afford it. Well i dont have great credit, its still building but the car is placed in my name and my fathers name. the financial place charges me a VERY high interest rate that its crazy. I've only had the car for 4 months now and it turns out my father lost his job and my job wont cover the payment of the car. Does anyone know what should i do?? i do not want a repo on my record! my credit will be screwed and i have been working so hard at building it up to be good! I owe $17,000 more for the car and i dont have good credit to get a loan, someone please help me if you know what i should do! can i go to a car dealer and do something with it? anything! PLEASE HELP ME!!

My mechanic says its a waste of money. (ie after market warranties are useless. On the other hand, the dealer says it offers bumper to bumper coverage. Its $2500 dollars for 2 years 24000 miles coverage. Is this warrenty worth it or should I just pay for repairs as they come up?

Will the motor drop out if they are not repaired? I have hade mine repaired twice this winter but I see no significant change. My mechanic wants to refund money for previous repairs and go to the dealer to purchase motor mounts. Not sure what to do.

Just wondering something, I stopped to get gas tonight and I decided to open the hood. I noticed that the 2 fans behind the radiator were not spinning, but if I turn on the A/C, the spin.

I wanted to know if it's possible to bridge a kenwood kac8152d car amplifier for more power.What is the best way to have it connected.I have my kenwood amp thumping on two 12" kicker's and i have the speakers facing in to the car,will it sound better if i flip 'em and face the front of the speakers to the back of the car.
