I sell auto insurance so I have a basic idea. If I handled claims everyday (i.e. adjuster), I would have an exact answer for you, but I have an idea of who is at fault.
From what you are telling me it sounds like you were both partially at fault. You were at fault because you moved out blindly and didn't wait until you had a better view of the oncoming traffic (i.e. wait until the big vehicles moved out of the way). It was partially the other person's fault because she was speeding.
Was the other vehicle supposed to stop either because of a traffic light or stop sign? Or did her lane have the right of way? That makes a big difference.
Some states would say that in the case that both of you are at fault that you would have to take care of your own damages (i.e. collect from your own individual insurance companies). Other states don't work that way. It depends on your State laws since insurance is governed on a State level and not a Federal level

I hate to bust your noodle but you are still at fault. The other person has Right-of-way, whether you can see or not. I know it sucks, but then a lawyer could say that you could have waited the few moments for the vehicles to clear out of your way.
But if anything, you will have to go see an accident lawyer and see what he can do, if anything.

If they don't have a stop sign then it's your fault. There is no way you can prove that the other car is going 45mph to anyone. Sorry to say this but there is no winning with a stop sign on your side.

If you can't see you can't proceed. The accident was your fault, and you need to learn about the laws of physics. You both could not see each other. She had the right of way, you had the obligation to stay out of her way.
The police know what they are doing. The insurance company is going to listen to them, not you.
Sorry, tough break...

Your insurance will pay out according to who's fault it was and what the police report said. If the report said it was your fault then the insurance will go with that.

is there any skids marks to measure how fast they were doing
other than that you just can say how fast there going by eye
sounds like you jump the gun from the stop sign because you couldnt see all of the cars so you though you had a opening to beat the huge truck or car that was blocking your veiw

if it was a four way stop it could possibly be their fault but if it was only a two way stop and you can prove how fast they were going then it is your fault

It doesn't matter. If you pulled out in front of a car it's your fault!
