What exactly are you asking? Buy a Subaru, Honda or Toyota and then follow the proper maintenance schedule.

Try Craigslist. Also try driving pass retirement homes/villages. Sometimes elderly people sell their cars which they drove very little and took great care of. You can try leaving flyers at those establishments also. Rental car agencies sometimes sell their cars; yes they may have high mileage but they were maintained by the company so they are in pretty good shape.

Well I'm going to guess that you are looking to purchase a used car. I would get a car from a person/dealer that you trust! You should go on the internet and look for all the instructions on what to look for when purchasing a used car. E-mail me if you need any help!
Good luck!

I would do what gandhi said. I would try elderly people. They don't typically drive much, and they would probably be the first people from whom I would purchase a car. At least if I needed a used one.

Buy a new one. Or one that an 80 year old has had for a few years who only used it on sunday's and kept it in the garage.
