Just bort the car used for going back and forth to work. Really like so far. Still rather drive my truck through. It did not come with an owner manual. Also if there is any suggestions on Brands of oil. It has 35k.

When I step on the gas it just sputters and sends a lot of exhaust out the tail pipe. I has also been backfiring a little bit. I changed the fuel filter and the fuel pump is working perfectly. Any ideas?

im 6 foot 4 looking to purchase a 1200 sportster XL50th anniversary HD. Its seat height is 8 tenths higher than a custom. I was looking at a roadster which is 8 tenths higher than the XL50 and that felt fine.but i didnt like the plain look. felt to big for custom . i think the taller gas tanks on roadsters and xl50 help me not look so weird on it. the XL 50 is in my price range. and im no mechanic thats why i want new. however i havent sat on a xl50 but did sit on roadsters felt fine. if i want 1 i need to get it shipped from 3 hrs away they will deliver to my house. what do u think of this whole situation?will this be a good 1st bike. figure i will get better trade in on xl50 in future. there is 0 miles on this bike .

I just bought a Audiobahn Flame Q 12'' subwoffer (2200 watts max; 1100 watts RMS) for my car and my amp that I have in my car right now is much to weak, im looking to buy another amp and I was wondering if I need a 2200 watt amp or a 1100 watt amp, I have herd that if I get the 2200 watt amp that I could potentially blow the sub, but I have also herd that I could have a 5000 watt amp and could not blow the sub unless I just completely distorted it. I am just wondering if I should go with a 1100 watt amp or a 2200 watt amp with money not really being a big factor, and if you could provide some links to amps that would fit this category. -Thanks much appriciated

I am only powering 1 subwoffer.

I crashed my car yesterday and it was totally my fault. i have got in contact with my insurence informing them and giving the details of the person i crashed into..at the scene the police sed my car was deffinatly a 'total loss'. When i spoke to my insurence they sed they are going to arrange for my car to be assesed and go from there, what i want to know is, if the car is a total loss, will i be able to get a new one threw my insurence, and does anyone know how long this kind of thing takes? im a student and need to be able to get to college and work! im so gutted... and it was my boyfriend i crashed into... what are the odds! also i have a personalised number plate, will i be able to have his transferred onto a new car? thanks guys.

I have a problem, I am thinking it is the dashboard cluster on my van. When I am going about normal speed on the highway, (say 60mph) All of a sudden the oil light will come on and then the speedo will drop from the speed to 0 and then up to the speed again. When the speed goes back up again the oil light goes off and the gauges go back to normal, speed, gas etc. I gas my van up every day (35 gal tank) and even though the tank is full the gas gauge registers half. I check the fluids every day, (oil ,trans etc.) and the fluids are fine. Dashboard cluster, maybe a ground wire somewhere. Somebody , If you know what it is, PLEASE HELP!

I recently got a second hand car, everything is OK but its hard to drive at night because of the crystalized rainwater on my windshield. i think the rainwater crystalized because the car was not maintained carefully. I need help i've tried everything, i even tried putting vinegar to try to remove the it.

I bought four 6 1/2 inch MA Audio HK65 car speakers for my Pontiac Firbird, and I also bought four GM car speaker wire harness to connect them but there is a problem.

My factory speakers have four wires connected to them and the GM wire harness does not fit the factory harness. I was thinking about disconnecting the four wires from the factory speaker and then twist together the two positives and two negatives and then just connect it directly to the aftermarket speaker, so that the after market speakers will be connected the the factory harness and then I can just plug the factory harness back to the car.

Please Car Professionals,or people that were in the same situation as me give me some advice to see if this will work.

88 silverado, throttle body injection. fuel runs sputteringly. its a 20 year old unit, so can i clean the injectors since they are easy to get to or should i just replace them? cant get rid of the truck just yet. how can i do either one step or the other? thanks ahead of time.

I'm looking at buying a used Honda Civic 2003, the engine seems to shake (forward/backward) more than that of my Pontiac Sunfire. It is a lot quieter, but does make clicks (I am assuming its the valves). The engine does not have a knock... Is this normal? I know 4 cylinders shake, but this moves almost 1/2 inch from front to back. Also, the car only has 27000 miles on it.

on the test results on the section "NO (PPM)" Max at 15mph is 501 and we got 828. What could be the problem? I just want to find out how much I need to expect to spend to fix this problem.
