on the test results on the section "NO (PPM)" Max at 15mph is 501 and we got 828. What could be the problem? I just want to find out how much I need to expect to spend to fix this problem.

Your vehicle failed the Oxides of Nitrogen portion of the test. This indicates that combustion chamber temperatures are too high. This can happen for a variety of reasons and the vehicle will need to go to a good repair facility to determine the problem and present cost options. A common direction for them to take, however, is a low flow problem with the Exhaust Gas Recirculation system, a vacuum leak in the manifold (typically the gasket), gummed up injectors or a weak fuel pump. There are other possibilities, but these are some of the ones I would start with. Check ASE.com to find a Blue Seal rated facility which is an elite certification given to only 3-4% of shops across the nation. Make sure they have labscopes and know how to use them. It's really the only way to look at the fuel injectors as well as fuel pump amperage draw and commutator bars plus many other things.
