is it legal to only supply the name of the company you work for, saying that its a company car, and company insurance. this happened to me at the weekend, and i'm worried i won't be able to claim on his insurance.

It regains third, and less often fourth gears after I stop, put it in park, and then resart the ignition. It only has 52k and is in fairly good mechanical shape. Is there an electronic component I could replace, ie. Transmission Control Module, or transaxle relay? I have had AT's gone bad in other cars and those cases involved slipping and engine racing, but the dodge has electronic controlled shifting, I believe, and the problem seems to be with the AT's shifting only. Also, could it cause damage if I continue to drive it?

Vehicle is a 91 Chevy S10 Blazer with a 4.3L TBI V6. When vehicle is cold and warming up it hesitates a little bit, but gets worse when warmed up. Heat seems kind of weak coming out of the vents too. When i stopped into autozone for 5 minutes, it seems like the temp needle dropped alot.

My oil pressure has gone down (the neddle always points to the N in the "normal" label) i was wondering if this is ok or should i be looking for a new engine? its a 5.0 (302) V8 with 125,000 miles. also the neddle does not move from that spot at all.
