if course it can, on the back of the radio head unit there are 8 sets of wires in pairs that are of the same color, like green and green with a black stripe, grey and greay with a black stripe, pruple and purple with a black stripe, thats just an examply but speakerwires from the head uniot are colord like that. all you do is take the positive and negitive wire from your one speaker and pair it with its color on the head unit, if the color isnt there then use any color. it doesnt matter as long as you just have one speaker.

but it is very important that you put some black electrical tape on those other wires, if the wires hit mtal it can cause a fuse to pop causeing your radio not to play all together. or worse,

Ah Rockford, I remember at the same time as Rockford and Soundstream were the in common words 2 call manufacturers accessible nicely worth a sh*t. That being reported, they're nonetheless particularly good. in words of a deck, i am going to continually be an alpine fan. highly because I want an audio administration understand as adverse to button. situation is mate, woofers and acces. are all so low-priced at present that you'll as well goto the save and hear 3 diff manufacturers and only bypass with what you want!

yes just plug one speaker fpr now and tape off the other wires donn't
let them touch metal
and maybe later you can buy one more speaker
most car stereos come with 4 seperate channels so you can use 1 2 or 3 if you like
good luck
