Snap-On,

or I found one at a flea market for 3 bucks!

12 inch pounds to 1 foot pound. Really would be worth the price to get a torque wrench that measures inch pounds. I bought a cheap one at Harbor Freights, that has served me well.

-major hardware store---Lowes,Sears

-anyplace where they sell large power tools

I'm guessing your boyfriend is an mechanic, I don't know where your from but I'm guessing U.S go to autozone they will have it and your looking at $50 tops

i think auto zone sell them,if not then check sears,i know they do,because i bought 1 there.
