The test is very tricky and a person who has a learning disablity may have trouble passing. What can I do to help someone like this pass?

If your learning disability has been assessed by a professional, bring the paperwork with you to the testing site. You should qualify for assistance. You may have the test questions explained to you in a way that you can more easily understand them.

it depends on the level of the disability. If you can trust (the one with disabilitys) with your life behind the wheel he can defeninitly pass.
Honsetly though, the world has enough bad drivers, If someone can't pass the test (no matter what condition) shouldn't drive. I don't want to be stuck behind a 16 car pile up because someone didn't know red means stop and green means go

My brother had it administered orally and he did fine. He can't read at all.

i think they do an oral exam instead of the written one
