Are there any rear disk brake assemblies that can be pulled off another (junkyard) vehicle and bolted onto a stock 97 Wrangler.

I have a 75' chevy truck, 3/4 ton. If I took all my steering componets out (and I had everyting I needed to make it 4WD) could I put in the 4WD componets, or would my frame support 4WD?

My car got rear ended when I am at the traffic stop I am not at fault. Paint on the bumper got cracked and slightly dented- I have full insurance- with a $500 deductible- if go through my insurance I need to pay first $500 and I dont think damage will exceed $600 -700. Will my insurnace pay the cost incurred by me ? and does my premuims go up ? what are my options ? thanks in advance for you help?

I had a blown door speaker in my 94 Camaro, so I went and bought some Sony 4-ways. I put them in and the side that was blown worked fine, but when I hooked up the otehr side it didn't work so I turned up the volume to see if the other side still worked. As I turned it up I could hear that it was working but after only a second or so there was a faint pop and now neither of them work. The radio still works, so I don't think it's a fuse. Any help?

ENGINE LITE COMES ON. I WAS ON THE
ROAD BUT WAS ABLE TO MAKE IT HOME.
AFTER CHECKING THE CAR OVER ALL RAN

NECTED THE BATTERY THEN RECONN-

NO CHECK ENGINE LITE WHILE DRIVING.

SPARK PLUGS AS I USE THE CAR VERY
LITTLE ABOUT 3500MILES A YR, AND CAN

I have a 2001 ford ranger with 4liter automatic with 4 wheel drive- all forward gears work fine/fluid is clean-truck has 50,000 miles on it-dealer repaired transmission twice(1st time at 18000 miles) second time at 36000 miles-no longer under warranty-when you shift to reverse nothing happens accept back up lights come on-just replaced valve body by suggestion of ford (no difference)

Why is it that the Japanese auto industry is so successfull, when they are making the vehicles in the United states and chevy and other American automible industries are not successfull? First know:

My invention is a breathalyzer interlock - fail breathalyzer = no start car.

My invention cannot be tricked by an air compressor or a so called sober friend. No need for random tests.

My invention costs $100 to $300 retail depending on the features. Competition is around $1000.

It can be programmed to only test subjects at certain times.(ie 8pm - 2 am.. party times)

Would you buy a breathalyzer interlock system for yourself or a loved one if it costs $300 or less? Do you feel $300 is reasonable?

Do you feel it intrudes on your vehicle if the device is placed between the driver seat and the center console(shift lever, parking brake location). What if stored in glove compartment?
