I need one, not from Yamaha itself because they are all backordered and im sure i can get one cheaper on another site.

It most likely will but it will not be tuened to the bike. Most pipes are designed to fit what it was intended for say a yz pipe . Just taking off 1 pipe from 1 bike and bolting it on another will affect the way the bike runs. I would check with the maker of the pipe to see if it will interchange befor just bolting it on and see what happons. It could cause damage to the pistion or something else.

Any motorcycle shop should be able to get you an equivalent.
